Electronic Patient Access

Patient Access is a new system that allows you to order your repeat prescriptions, book and cancel appointments and view parts of your medical records. You will need to register for this by clicking here. There is a free app available to download from the Google Play/iTunes stores, or by clicking here. Once you have registered we will receive a request to generate your own unique PIN number which you will need in order to request your prescription on line. Please note,you will only be able to order your prescriptions on line once you have registered and received your secure PIN number and provided 3 forms of ID, 1 photographic and 2 utilitiy bills or bank statements showing your name and address and no more than 3 months old. Please contact the surgery if you experience any difficulty and we will be happy to assist you.

Disabled Access

Our new building has been built to cater for the needs of the disabled. All of our consulting rooms are located on the ground floor but if you need any help in accessing the building, please make this clear when you are booking an appointment and we shall offer you what help we can to facilitate your visit.. If you have any disability with which you need help e.g hearing, vision, mobilitiy, please let us know and we can arrange for a member of staff to help you.
